The Experience

Join Chef Mark Kalix for a live virtual class where you’ll learn the secrets of prepping like a pro.

  • Mark will teach you the basics of slicing and dicing with precision and introduce you to advanced cuts, like oblique, ribbon, and brunoise.
  • You’ll learn the proper way to hold a knife, discover the uses of different types of knives, and find out how to care for your tools so they’ll stay sharp and last a lifetime.
  • By the end of class, you’ll have a sharp new skill set that will let you fly through prep work like a culinary wiz and only get better over time.
  • Bonus: The class comes with two recipes from Mark, so you’ll be able to use your beautifully prepped ingredients right away.
