This store has great products but the software needs updating. I bought a gift certificate for my daughter and when I hit the link it goes to a page I can't access and it goes around again instead of sending me to the certificate to email it to her.

Glad you asked, Erin! First, place your order as you normal would (add the items you want to your cart and go to the "checkout" page as usual). After you enter your billing and shipping addresses and select your shipping preference you will move on to a confirmation page, which says "order summary & payment" on the top. There you can check to make sure your information is correct and enter your gift certificate number in the "redeem gift certificate" box before entering your payment info. Happy shopping!
