Best Pasta We've Ever Had!
This was such a great class! We were gifted this class for Christmas - we did one last year, too and really enjoyed it! This class was wonderful. We learned more than just how to make pasta and sauce. We learned new cooking techniques such as how to mix wet and dry ingredients into a dough properly and how to flavor sauces with aromatics that don't remain in the sauce for serving! We had freedom and flexibility in the recipe and added some pepper and garlic powder to our dough and it made SUCH a difference in flavor! Our chef was super knowledgeable down to the science of how gluten is broken down and affects the consistency of the dough! It was so much fun and SO SIMPLE. We will be making this again and definitely hosting friends with this meal. Great experience 10/10! I also enjoyed seeing the other class members :) such a cool snapshot of humanity sharing an experience and love for pasta! 🍝

Pasta and sauce cooking class is fun and informative
My husband and I are experienced in the kitchen, but we learned some tricks from Sydney that we will use in the future. She was very specific for those who don't have a lot of experience, but kept us on track.

Better than I expected
The Pasta and Marinara making class my husband and I took together went great. The time flew by so fast. Honestly the class was so affordable it was hard for us to pass up, given we have always been interested in making more of our dishes fresh. And this one truly turned out delicious! I am very excited to be able to make fresh pasta from now on, it tastes so much better than store bought and is so much healthier. We are so glad to have taken the class. It is a great way for my husband and I to spend some time in the kitchen together.

First Attempt to Make Homemade Pasta
Although I'm very comfortable making pasta sauce, this was the first time I attempted to make pasta from scratch. It was both a rewarding and frustrating experience. Rewarding because I succeeded at producing passable pasta, frustrating because, with it being the first time, I was rushed and the pasta was more chewy than it should have been. Yes, I may be too self critical. In general, by definition, on line classes do not provide opportunities for the instructor to come to your work station and help you when you are struggling. I could have benefited from some individual over site, but I went into the class knowing this wasn't the venue to received it. By the way, the marinara was delicious. The class was worth it just for that recipe.

My 11yr old son and his friend had a blast taking this class
We did a lot of the prep before class. It was easy enough for my 11year old son and his friend to follow along and they loved the pasta!

Fun class, highly recommend.
Easy to follow instructions, delicious results. This is a great intro to pasta class with no fancy tools needed. You definitely need a little strength to hand knead the dough, but the pasta tuned out beautiful. Learned how to make farfalle, but with the skills learned you could make any hand-cut, dried pasta shape.

how much pasta is made during the farfalle class?
Verified reply from Ashley
Thank you for your question! Enough pasta for about 4-6 servings is made during the class. 3 hungry people would have a bit of leftovers!
