With over a decade of working in the storied institution, Katy's expertise spans teas, coffees, and cocoas from around the world, and she's traveled to estates in India and Sri Lanka to learn firsthand. Her rare role involves training staff and customers worldwide, sharing the cultural richness and ceremonial joy that tea provides. Katy's favorite moments? When someone says "I didn't know that!" because her passion is as much about sparking curiosity as it is about savoring a perfect cup.
