Service was very understanding and courteous
I ordered an artist made bowl with a personal inscription. Bowl received was lovely, but a name in inscription was misspelled. The service representatives I spoke with re-ordered and bowl now with newlyweds with right names. I am very pleased with the efforts to resolve the mistake and have had my faith sustained in good service/practices still out there with companies as Uncommon Goods.

Making Dreams Come True
These Turkish Lace Nesting Heart Bowls are far more than I had hoped for. My sister is almost impossible to gift with anything that she does not already have, or that truly delights her. I have dreamed for years of finding something to gift her with that she would absolutely love, as she does me. When I saw the bowls on your shopping site, I was over the moon with excitement about purchasing them for her. Once they arrived and I saw just how strikingly beautiful and unique they were, it was all I could do to make myself wait until the intended time to give them to her. When that time came, I was on pins and needles as she opened her gift, and upon witnessing her eyes light up with joy and hearing her exclamations of delight, my heart burst with happiness! I can't remember ever pleasing her so much with a gift... my dream came true. When I made this purchase from Uncommon Goods, your company did not simply provide a consumer with a product, you helped to fill two sisters' hearts with sunshine on Christmas day! The variety and uniqueness of the items provided by Uncommon Goods is remarkable, and the pricing is amazing. A person does not have to be wealthy to purchase these items. It is also wonderful that you include the item's origin and history on the shopping site and include some of the same, along with care/cleaning guidance, in the package, as well. Providing the history and origin information of your products put the "sold" sign on my decision to purchase this, and one other, item. Uncommon Goods will be my go-to provider for the perfect unique gifts for my very special people. Most Enjoyable Way to Eat Oatmeal
This oatmeal bowl is my everyday Oatmeal Vessel. It's constructed beautifully and easy to hold and the earthy feel to it with the clay/ceramic is most appealing to me. The beauty of the design the multitude of colors and the shape are all very unique. I'd purchase the Handwarmer Oatmeal bowl for anyone who enjoys soups, warm cereals and/or just beautiful hand made pottery.

Exquisite!!!
This bowl arrived today to complete the 3 bowl set made by this artist featured on this site. I love them all, but she has really outdone herself with this one-my favorite! I display them on my kitchen counter and use them to hold fruit.
