Beatiful necklace, wonderful gift!
Love this necklace and have bought it for a few individuals for graduation gifts. The quality of the necklace is great. This last time, it did arrive with the box completely damaged. I reached out to customer service and did not hear back from them after waiting two weeks. After I reached out again, they let me know the inquiry went to their AI customer service account. Would buy again, but was a bit disappointed about the lack of more immediate, quality, and clear follow up.

Was beautiful but did not last
My husband got this necklace for me a few years ago. I have not worn it a lot but it developed that awful metal smell and has tarnished TERRIBLY. ALSO whatever covered the glass failed and glass pieces are now falling out from around the cracks. Horrible quality. Way too expensive.

Is the glass recycled glass?

I notice in some pictures the glass is clear with cracks, and in others it's cloudy with cracks (the cracks do not cause the cloudiness). Is the glass clear? or cloudy? Thanks

Because the pendant isn't watertight, water could get trapped in between the glass panes.
