Natural Beauty

Fresh, fragrant, and wonderfully preserved are words rarely used to describe jewelry. But these are no ordinary earrings. Mother-and-daughter jewelers Tulianna and Alejandra Garces designed their elegant danglers to highlight the beauty of sustainably harvested palo santo tree bark and Myosotis petals (also know as forget-me-nots). The flora is suspended in resin that's left partially open so the plants can emit their famously aromatic qualities. Multisensory jewelry: It's now officially a thing. Handmade in Colombia.

In 1985, she left political unrest behind and began a new chapter in Vermont, using art to build bridges in underserved communities. What started as a one-woman mission to collaborate with artisans in conflict-affected areas grew into a mother-daughter venture with her eldest, Alejandra, spanning over a dozen communities. Together, they craft pieces that celebrate resilience, beauty, and the power of connection.

How long is the acrylic portion containing the flowers? What is the total length from the ear lobe to the bottom of the earring?

Hello! The acrylic part is 2 inches, while the length from the bottom of the earring to just about where it sits on an earlobe is 3 inches
