Love but clasp loop broke off
I loved this necklace as it is dainty so therefore can be worn with anything. But a few weeks into wearing it the chain broke at the first clasp loop so it could only be worn at one length instead of two. All good, I like it shorter anyway. Except now, 3 years later, the chain broke again rendering it unwearable without a new chain. Otherwise colors and such have held up very well over the years — would look brand new if it weren't broken. :(

Is there a way to shorten the length of either of the Courage or Path necklaces?

Hi there! This particular item comes as is and isn't available for customization, including chain length. Currently it is 16" but adjustable to 18".

I just got mine yesterday as a Christmas gift and I noticed the chain on the left side and one of the charms is turning a copper color? Is it all silver? Can it be cleaned or do I need to buy a real solver chain? I want to wear it but not if it will turn the copper brownish color mixed metals do. 😬

It's just on the packaging. The necklace is an artistic interpretation of the quote. The card also tells the meaning behind each stone and charm; green tourmaline promotes creativity, and smoky quartz calms to clear the psyche and the silver bar represents your path.

Is it possible to exchange the chain of a necklace from the sterling silver balls to the other, more delicate one?

Thanks for the question, and we are sorry, the item arrives to us as is, and we do not carry component alternate chains here. As the beautiful charms are not attached, they can easily be swapped onto any other type chain you have though.

I just added this item to my wish list. So i am considering it. And dont get me wrong here its beautiful. Love the artists work however for the price there should be options on the length of the chain. Only 2? Personally i like mine at 22". And its obvious that charms can be removed to put on a different chain but why should that be an added expense on such a pricey item. And quote should be engraved for that much.
