Received as a gift - unfortunate that download didn't work
Fpr one phone the download didn't work at all. On a different phone it worked for one day and then we deleted the link by accident. When we tried once again, the link and the website says: "Hmmm Something's missing. this page isn't loading right now, but please try again later." for the cost someone spent on this item, it should give you an option to get a refund if it doesn't work as advertised Cute idea if it really worked as promised

The cup was exactly as listed and the craftmanship is great! My husband teaches high school history and is going to use it as a conversation piece with his students each day. He loved it!

Arrived Broken - poor quality of packaging and shipping
Was very sad to receive a broken mug The box was damaged and bulging, the tape being pulled tightly and barely holding onto one of the carboard flaps. It was clear upon opening the box they they shoved the items into it; they should have tried a different box. The mug's handle was completely broken off and in two pieces. The top of the mug was broken off as well. This was handled carelessly, poor quality of packaging and shipping. As a first time customer, this was very disappointing and questions whether I would order from Uncommon Goods again :(

Bought as a gift for my dad and he loved it!
Great quality and easy to use -- even for a 71 year old! My dad loves scanning the QR code and reading a little tidbit about history. Only wish it lasted longer than a year!

Will you be able to scan it after a year and the same fact comes up or does it just stop completely after the year is up?

Hi! The QR codes can continue to be scanned after a year. The facts will repeat after the first year.

It says there are 365 history items - so is it only good for one year, and then what? Does it repeat, or is there a way to load new facts for the following year?
