Disappointed
I wanted to love this product. I ordered one for each of my dogs and one came out looking great. Unfortunately, one came with the image completely off centered. I really expected more for the price. The image of the pup is adorable. I just would've expected them to make an attempt to center the graphic and not punch the ribbon hole through the dog when there's so much extra space on the wood ornament.

We are glad to hear that one of the ornaments came out beautifully, but we are truly sorry that the second one arrived off centered and with the ribbon hole placed through part of the image should always be centered and represented clearly. We understand how disappointing that feels, especially for a personalized keepsake meant to celebrate your pup. Each ornament is printed individually on a natural wood slice, and while slight variations can happen, we receive a lot of positive feedback and have seen very few issues; this should not be the regular experience. I would not recommend this product
We lost our dog about a month ago and I thought her image on this ornament would be a lovely gift for my kids. I bought two. Unfortunately, the image is too dark on both of them, and they have black spots, perhaps where the tool that makes them begins or ends the process. One of the two has several dirty looking marks, like smudges.

Each ornament is printed directly onto natural wood, which can sometimes cause variations in tone or slight marks during the printing process. Incredible Detail
Got as a gift for my mom and she loved it. She couldn't believe the detail in the photo. It came safely packaged and beautifully made. I'll definitely be ordering more for other friends and family members :)

I wouldn't buy this
The wood slice surface itself was not clean and smooth. On top of that, the picture imprint of my Dad's dog is not clear and you can't tell that it's even his dog; the whole top of is head is missing I sent in a complaint/reported the problem last week and have not heard back yet. All I want is a replacement.

Such a sweet addition for the tree
This ornament is exactly what I wanted. It's such a sweet piece to go on the tree, and the quality of the image is perfect. The wood has such a nice cozy touch as well. I might get one of these for every person I know as my last minute Christmas gifts.

Omgosh….I can't even!
Every year I have been seeking out a new ornament to honor each pet we've had over the years. I add their name & year they were born. Just received today and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and it was beautifully packaged. The picture was clearly etched and is a wonderful tribute to my sweet girl. Thank you! I will be back to purchase more.

Very disappointed with what was received
The imprint size and the text were significantly smaller and fainter than the examples in the listing and what other buyers posted in their reviews - so naturally that was what I was expecting. Definitely not worth the $ and I don't feel I can even give it as a gift.

Got these ornaments to remember our pets for eternity long after they pass and they did not disappoint. They look so much like our precious fur babies. I wish I had some for our loved ones of the past.
