How do you care for the cast iron pan?

How to clean:
- Using hot water & coarse salt, creating a paste. Use a mild nonabrasive sponge for cleaning stuck on bits of food. Scrub gently and rinse with hot water.
- Always dry your cast iron after washing to remove water droplets and prevent rusting

BEST WEDDING GIFT EVER!

I don't really like buying stuff off of a couple's registry, but am also aware that a bunch of unrequested junk is not appropriate. When I saw this in your catalogue, I couldn't believe it. What a brilliant idea. They got it early and actually called me just to rave about how awesome it is!!! I was thrilled. This is my new go-to wedding gift, it really can't fail. Yes! It can be used in the oven. To clean your pan, lightly scrub with a soft scrub brush or pad and keep it well oiled and seasoned. The bottom will darken evenly."
