The leaking!

I love this piece, I now have two! But this one leaks worse than the first one! Am I doing something wrong? Can someone help me?

Not practical as a hummer feeder

This is a beautiful glass piece, but the tube leaked and ants gathered on my porch railing. No hummers have come up to it. I have emptied the nectar, and use it more as a sun catcher.
