What Makes It Uncommon

Doing puzzles can boost mood, reduce stress, and enhance problem solving and spatial reasoning. So skip the doomscrolling and start your day by tickling your mind. Created by Uncommon Goods, the tray of this clever, perpetual puzzle calendar features months and numbers—simply slide the wooden pieces around until today’s date is showing. No matter the configuration, the pieces are designed to create a different colorful geometric pattern that plays off the sun and moon motif at the top of the board.

  • The only two spaces that should be showing are the month and date. A different configuration is needed to solve for each day.
  • Uncommon Exclusive: Created by our in-house team and only available at Uncommon Goods.
  • Made in Ohio. Designed at Uncommon Goods in Brooklyn.

Daily Exercise for your Mind

The puzzle is more difficult than it looks! The first attempt took a while to complete, but the second attempt went much faster. It gets easier every day once you learn to start recognizing the shapes and how they fit together differently. Love working my puzzle while I drink my morning coffee!

Perfect gift for a puzzler

I tried to figure this out for two different dates, and I couldn't. This is the perfect challenging gift for my friend who is a puzzle fanatic. I love how the lines link from piece to piece in a decorative way when they're in place. This will literally be a new puzzle every day since the pieces have to be changed for the different dates. Good luck.

Very challenging, sometimes frustrating, but lots of fun!

This puzzle takes patience and perseverance, but it can be solved, sometimes very easily, sometimes not so much! My husband and I seem to be taking turns solving, or rather trying to be the first to do tomorrow's puzzle!

Is every day possible??
