Murdle to Solve!!

It took me three days to assemble the puzzle and find out who was the murdle with my two teenage daughters and my husband. It is fun and also good for brainstorming. By the way it is a great way for your teens to stay away from their iPhones.

Puzzle meets murder mystery

I love puzzles and enjoy putting them together! When I came upon this "Murdle in the hedge maze" puzzle I got intrigued and had to get it! The puzzle comes in a cute box and inside the box you can read the story introduction as well as a well written instruction on how to go about solving the murder! If you get stuck then there's an envelope that says "clue" and has the picture of the puzzle!

Fun & Unique!

Such a clever idea! This is not your typical jigsaw puzzle, once you finish putting the pieces together, the real fun begins with the mystery. It kept me entertained for hours and felt like solving a mini detective story. Definitely recommend for puzzle lovers who want something new and exciting.

How a gift becomes a chore

I love Uncommon Goods; the carefully curated selection has made me a better gift-giver over the years. This one was an Uncommon Dud. Our family loves jigsaw puzzles, and we love solving mysteries. This seemed like it would be the best of both worlds. The puzzle comes with no picture of what the completed image should look like, not even an approximation. The shade variations within the image are so slight that it's hard to tell if pieces actually fit. And the kit seems to be missing at least four edge pieces. We are 10 hours in with about 10% completed, but progress has ground to a near halt as it can take upwards of 30 minutes to find the next adjoining piece. What was meant to be a gift for the entire family has become a chore. We are scrapping the the project.
