Perfect if you sit all day

This is a great way to get up out of your chair if you're working from home or just sitting around all day and want to get some exercise in that's low impact and just the right amount if you're short on time, you can always repeat the movement if you want or pick others and make a mini routine of them. Love these cards!!

such a wonderful product

This set is nothing short of superb. While, yes, it is helpful to employ if you sit at a desk for many hours a day for work, I have been even more grateful for it to use for physical- and occupational therapy, as I've had health problems that have sent me into the hospital 18 times in the last few years, and needed assistance with recuperation. Even beyond that, the set is beautifully-designed, and extremely durable and sturdy. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
