Designed for quick, delicious results, this microwave-friendly tool makes it easy to re-create the comforting taste of homemade baked apples for a sweet dessert or cozy side dish anytime at all.

  • Made from wheel-thrown stoneware of natural clay and minerals.
  • Prepares baked apples in just three minutes in the microwave or 45 minutes in the oven.
  • Easy to use: Core the apple, place it in the baker, add your favorite toppings (brown sugar, crushed pecans, butter, or even a splash of cognac), and microwave (the recipe’s included).

Born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin, Scott Obernberger traded his 18-year law career for a pottery wheel after a mini-stroke changed his perspective. Now, he creates functional art in his Jefferson studio, using natural clay and minerals inspired by traditional folk pottery and the arts-and-crafts movement. Scott's journey from hobbyist to full-time potter is a story of embracing creativity and finding joy in each handmade piece.
