After trading corporate life for flexibility and flavor, Erika teamed up with her husband (the beekeeper) to transform a backyard hobby into a buzzing operation. From their own apiary to an FDA-certified kitchen, Erika and her extended family craft every jar in-house, specializing in unique, giftworthy honey creations, like hot honey and creamed blends.
