Care
Hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse, and dry immediately. Cast iron is porous, do not allow to soak. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to surface.

Bake Potato Baker was a big Hit as a gift!
We gave this Potato Baker as a gift to our son in law for Christmas. It was a huge hit. He is the main griller in the house and anxious to try it once it stops snowing here in Massachusetts! It's a well made, great looking baker of cast iron. Will last for years. We are so pleased with this purchase - extremely good quality. It made a great gift. I would say this is a "manly" gift, not that a woman wouldn't enjoy it but being of cast iron it is pretty heffty. Great looking present.

Easiest Way to Make Baked Potatoes
I bought this for my husband (the BBQ dude) for Christmas. He loves baked potatoes and I just can't be bothered to make them. This little potato roaster is perfect for him. He sets it up on the barbecue and by the time he's finished cooking the steaks, the potatoes are ready. Doing them on the BBQ gives them a nice smokey flavour too. Win-win!

Love and hate my potato baker
I bought this for my sister for Christmas and used it that day. Eventually it turned out to be a great product. However when she unwrapped it ...it slipped out of the bag and landed on my foot which is still bruised. My fault not yours. I would suggest that the temperature and how long the potatoes should cook be somewhere on the packaging. I had to go to your website for the info.

The product seems of great quality, it was a gift for my mon and she loved it. Has not yet used it and is slightly smaller than expected, probably can fit just 2 regular sized potatoes. However still was a great deal for a great product

Very versatile
This is a heavy item. I does stay very hot - as cast iron should. It could also bake sweet potatoes or onions. Not too hard to clean up. Potatoes are soft on the inside and the skin has a bit of a crunch

I bought this product for my husband for Christmas. He was so excited when he opened it. The product has a nice, somewhat heavy, weight to it. The quality of the product is excellent. Good Results, Item Developed Rust After First Use
Bakers turned out great in the first use, but after barely rinsing off the cast iron it developed lots of rust spots inside and out which tells me it was not as well-seasoned as being advertised. The bakers had olive oil on them so that should have further seasoned the unit, but it obvioulsy did not. Frustrating as now I have to think about going through the process of seasoning it myself which is just a hassle, UGH.

Hello! Sweet potatoes sound like a delicious idea, the inner dimensions 11.5" x 3.25" x 3.5", so it should accommodate medium sized sweet potatoes, larger sweet potatoes might be a tighter fit.
