If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your proof will automatically be approved and your order will be put into production. An expected ship date for your item will be provided after proof approval. This item typically ships 1 week after proof approval.

    Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.  At this time, this item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories including Minor Outlyling Islands.     These glasses are super nice and are high quality. I ordered it in advance for an October birthday, I wasn't sure how long production would take but it was super fast. The editing process was also easy! I've gone through edits with individual sellers on other sites and had tons of trouble. This was straightforward and came back as pictured online!     Easy to customize and product is great. Not sure if it was me and I somehow missed the information that you would receive email and need to confirm before items shipped, I wasn't looking for it and item was delayed a few days. Once I figured that out, easy to do and everything went fine

    For the sports fan, this was a slam dunk, home run, goal!! Loved that I can personalize the image, it be nice if there was few options. Everything was completed in a timely manner & FIL loved it.
