Beautiful, but not absorbent

Bought these for my mother. They perfectly match her living room and she loves their look. But as I suspected, they are non absorbent, so beverages with condensation will require an additional absorbent layer. The coasters do protect surfaces from beverages without condensation, if that's all you care about. #sweepstakes

Colors not as pictured

The picture makes it look like the coasters are a mix of teal, navy, and purple. I ordered two sets (one to gift) and they are both navy and light blue. They are still very pretty, but it's frustrating they don't match my decor like I expected from the picture.
