In 1985, she left political unrest behind and began a new chapter in Vermont, using art to build bridges in underserved communities. What started as a one-woman mission to collaborate with artisans in conflict-affected areas grew into a mother-daughter venture with her eldest, Alejandra, spanning over a dozen communities. Together, they craft pieces that celebrate resilience, beauty, and the power of connection.

Love it but smaller than expected

I received the ring tray in great condition. The flowers are nicely organized in the tray but I was slightly disappointed that the tray was that small. It really only can fit a couple rings and that's it. I really like the quality and style otherwise. #sweepstakes
