Picture/engraving was very good
I got this for my sister as a Christmas present. No problem with the engraving/picture, but maybe a week after my sister had it the little ring that holds the actual key ring part broke. I did get it replaced for no charge, and my sister is happy with it. She keeps it on her dresser does not actually use it for a keychain though.

Same experience as others -- "etching" wore off, chain broke
I gave this gift to my husband as a Christmas gift and within a month, the image wore off and the chain broke. Normal use, just taking it in and out of a pocket.

Perfect choice
This gift was purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson's fiancé. There are no words enough to tell you how surprised and delighted she was with this gift. She adores her little dog. This was the perfect gift.

Didn't Last a Month
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. Unfortunately, it has been less than a month and it's already worn completely off. You cannot see her dog's face on the keychain. Very disappointed with what was a great gift idea.

NOT ETCHED, AWFUL QUALITY
I gave these as gifts. Initially, the quality of the image was mediocre, but whatever, it was fine for what it was. The thing that put me over the edge is that, when the person I gave it to tried to attach it to their keys, the connection ring immediately broke off and THE IMAGE RUBBED OFF. Apparently, it was only screen printed or something -- not etched or engraved at all. Total waste of money and embarrassing to have given it as a gift.

My grandson loved this gift!
Sturdy and stylish, this polished, stainless steel "Personalized Pet Portrait Key Ring" makes a wonderful gift. The engraving accurately represented the image I sent in of my grandson's cat. Perhaps a smaller pixel format could have enhanced the image even further.

Heartfelt Idea, Needs Sharper Etching
The keychain arrived in a lovely box that made it feel like a special gift, and the stainless steel tag itself is sturdy and well made. I absolutely love having this keepsake of my dog. The only downside is the laser-etched photo, which appears grainy and low-contrast, making the image difficult to see unless the light hits it at just the right angle. Even so, it remains a beautiful and sentimental piece that I will cherish.

Great keepsake for a pet lover!
This personalized pet keychain is so cute, and I'm really happy with how it came out! The keychain itself is great quality and feels sturdy. I sent the recommended photo, and the likeness is adorable. The only downside is that the photo looks a bit pixelated up close. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this product

If I could a no star, I would.
The pictures look so cute, don't they? Except what you get looks nothing like the pictures. There are a couple of darker smudges, so if you look closely, you can tell it's supposed to be something on there, but you'd never guess it was a dog, much less a picture of an actual dog. I bought it for a gift and I'd be way too embarrassed to give it to anyone, so in the trash it goes. What a waste!
