Great keepsake for a pet lover!
This personalized pet keychain is so cute, and I'm really happy with how it came out! The keychain itself is great quality and feels sturdy. I sent the recommended photo, and the likeness is adorable. The only downside is that the photo looks a bit pixelated up close. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this product

Unfortunately not good quality
I hate to leave a negative review, but the image/etching has already rubbed off--and we just received it 5 days ago.

If I could a no star, I would.
The pictures look so cute, don't they? Except what you get looks nothing like the pictures. There are a couple of darker smudges, so if you look closely, you can tell it's supposed to be something on there, but you'd never guess it was a dog, much less a picture of an actual dog. I bought it for a gift and I'd be way too embarrassed to give it to anyone, so in the trash it goes. What a waste!

Not as pictured
The image is very light and the dot pattern that makes up the image are placed wide apart so from a distance it just looks like a blob of dots. I've added a photo for reference, very disappointing. The product image provided does not represent the actual quality of the product.

Definitely cute when it finally came
At first, I was pretty upset. This took forever to fulfill and there was terrible communication. The end result is actually really great, and I regret any hesitations I had around it. Very excited to gift it for Christmas and may order myself one too.
