As a teenager in Phoenix, Allison worked as a barista in local cafes. She loved serving coffee, and drinking it, too, but not the headaches and jitters that often followed. She got the idea to make coffee-style beverages from tea and began pedaling a tea cart around Phoenix, handing out free samples. Her tea was a hit, and she opened her own shop. "I love working with food and drinks," Allison says. "It's really challenging to try to come up with something new using basic, everyday ingredients."

For best results, muddle at least 2 of your sugar cubes first with just a bit of bubbly to allow it to dissolve before topping off with more bubbly.

My Sister and Hubby LOVED this!
What a pain when you have very erudite family members! What do you buy these connoisseurs of everything for the holidays? After all, they probably already have it. Well, they didn't have these Mimosa cubes! I sent them out of desperation, while my two sisters were Christmas vacationing in Carmel, Ca. Well she came back to this lovely little present, popped them open and a Holiday Celebratory Brunch was in the making! Good job, ME!

Delightful Surprise
I love Uncommon goods especially around the holidays looking for that special unique for loved ones. My daughter and wife love to have their morning Mimosa's when they get together. They both opened at the same time and loved the gift. 15 minutes after all the gifts were unwrapped, Prosecco was poured and these were dropped in the glasses. Takes a little bit to activate, but when it kicked in, I saw smiles. They went through two bottles on the same cube. Happy times!

Bought this as gift. Person seemed to like, but reason for 4 stars vs. 5...box was pretty beat up when delivered to me. All the cubes were ok, but was disappointed in seeing box damaged.
