This was purchased as a Valentine's Day Gift for a college sophomore. They were thrilled to receive it and it was clear that this was a different (uncommon:)) gift that gave the recipient special joy. How do I use the product? Nothing seems to be coming out from the tip. Any insight would be appreciated.

The Lavender pen works to strengthen and repair dry, cracked, and peeling, nails + cuticles. Strengthen and grow healthier nails with the Rose and Jasmine pens.
