As a teenager in Phoenix, Allison worked as a barista in local cafes. She loved serving coffee, and drinking it, too, but not the headaches and jitters that often followed. She got the idea to make coffee-style beverages from tea and began pedaling a tea cart around Phoenix, handing out free samples. Her tea was a hit, and she opened her own shop. "I love working with food and drinks," Allison says. "It's really challenging to try to come up with something new using basic, everyday ingredients."

Terrible flavor
I was so excited to try these. Unfortunately, they taste like the blocks of scent that you use in a candle warmers. Very soap-like taste and quite unpleasant.

Great for Hotel room lattes!
These travel with me so I can just use the room's coffee maker and not have to dress to get that first cup of coffee!
