When Benjamin Giguere accepted a temp job at a small-town crystal factory in Vermont, he never could have known that it’d lead to a 22-year-and-counting career in glass art. But once his interest was piqued, there was no turning back. Benjamin has since apprenticed with masters of the craft all over the world, experimenting with color and techniques and honing his talent. Eventually, this led to creating a thriving studio in Providence, Rhode Island, where he not only showcases his stunning creations, but also passes his knowledge and experience on to future leaders in the field.

Didn't even receive a wine glass.

I bought the opal wine glass as a gift & what I received was laughable. It wasn't even a wine glass. & the opal is only at the very bottom of the glass so it looks like mold. Extremely unhappy with this product.

Very poor

I bought this as a gift and had it sent directly to the recipient who lives out of state. I recently visited with this person and saw the "gift" I had given her. I was disappointed and embarrassed. The "birthstone" was entirely at the bottom of the glass and looked so cheap. I will not be purchasing any glassware from anyone on this website since I send the majority of gifts directly to people who are out of state and feel that I can't trust these type of items to be truly represented by the pictures.

Terrible disappointment

I purchased one of the birthstone wine glasses for a friend, and the glass that I received looks nothing like the ones pictured. Even making allowances for the "uniqueness" of each glass, this one disappoints on more levels than I can number. There is almost no variation between the glass and the "birthstone" pebbles shown. I cannot give this to my best friend for her birthday; it looks like a supermarket glass.

Very different sizes - 4 oz difference

Very disappointing as 45th anniversary gift. One glass is 12 oz and the other is 16 oz. Difference in size is very obvious. I understand they are hand blown, but I've seen other hand blown glasses that were much more similar in size. I was terribly embarrased when they sent me a picture.
