Actually helpful!

Got this for my wife who struggles with anxiety. She absolutely loves it and has found it to be extremely helpful. If she's feeling overwhelmed she loves to use this and often reflects on the activities and remembers them later.


I am definitely buying one for myself next.

I purchased this for my 11 year old, and after reading a couple of pages for them… they reached out and took it from me to continue on reading. This child gave me a hug and told me that this is what they needed, and started to work on it right away. A few more hugs and thank you came my way as bed time came around.


Quick exercises

I really like the small exercises in this book, and can see a difference when I do them. I just wish the exercise was deeper and more than just 1-2 pages. It feels like I don't actually get a chance to use the recommendation enough to make it a habit

I use this book. I wish that teens, moms, dads, and all adults would take the time to really do the book...not just read the book! It is a thriving action taking book!
