Fantastic Journal to Help Work Through Grief
I lost someone close to me in the last several months and have been going through grief. I stumbled upon this journal and thought it was a shot to help me. I love the prompts and the guidance of how to use them. It has helped me really understand some of the things I didn't realize I needed to work through as well as how to remember that loved one. If you have suffered through a loss and need help this is great.

I bought this for myself
I just lost my sister. I needed to write and find a way to process things, but I wasn't sure where to start. This journal give me prompts. While I have only written two entries because it's too difficult right now, I am glad that I bought this journal. Overall, if you are thinking about buying it for yourself or for someone who has lost a loved one- it is helpful and a good gift. Flowers are nice, but coming from someone who is grieving- we want something to grasp to and help us heal. This journal is doing that for me.

Actually a helpful gift for someone who has lost a loved one
I don't use it for myself--I gave it to a friend who told me she uses it daily. I felt like it was more helpful and meaningful than flowers, a card, etc. #sweepstakes
