What Makes It Uncommon

Let It Out

A loved one is gone and the world has changed. The grieving process can be difficult to navigate alone, which is why Stephanie Greer created her thoughtful journal. It’s designed with prompts to help you express your emotions, like “Write a letter to your loved one,” “This always makes me think of you,” and “In what ways do they live on in you?” You’ll also find open sections to let your feelings guide the way. And, if you choose, each section may also serve as a way to open up a conversation with someone else. Whether it’s for you or someone you know, this journal is meant to make dealing with grief a little less difficult and finding peace a little easier. Made in China.

Virginia

Stephanie Greer's father passed away when she was just 14 years old. In her grieving process, she found that writing helped her express her emotions and find healing. That experience inspired the Virginia native to try to help others deal with loss by creating a guided journal for when family, friends, and counselors aren't available. As she puts it, "We hope to bridge that gap with a tool that helps people feel more in control of managing their grief, through all its stages."

Fantastic Journal to Help Work Through Grief

I lost someone close to me in the last several months and have been going through grief. I stumbled upon this journal and thought it was a shot to help me. I love the prompts and the guidance of how to use them. It has helped me really understand some of the things I didn't realize I needed to work through as well as how to remember that loved one. If you have suffered through a loss and need help this is great.

I bought this for myself

I just lost my sister. I needed to write and find a way to process things, but I wasn't sure where to start. This journal give me prompts. While I have only written two entries because it's too difficult right now, I am glad that I bought this journal. Overall, if you are thinking about buying it for yourself or for someone who has lost a loved one- it is helpful and a good gift. Flowers are nice, but coming from someone who is grieving- we want something to grasp to and help us heal. This journal is doing that for me.

Wonderful Grief Gift

This was a gift to my daughter and best friend. Both lost their fathers. They greatly appreciated the journal. It is part of the grieving process

Actually a helpful gift for someone who has lost a loved one

I don't use it for myself--I gave it to a friend who told me she uses it daily. I felt like it was more helpful and meaningful than flowers, a card, etc. #sweepstakes

This is lovely for anyone who is grieving or navigating loss

I bought this Grief Journal for a dear loved one. She said it was comforting during such a difficult time.

I would purchase this again!

This is the perfect gift for someone who has lost a loved one. It is a guided book with questions to help you on your journey to healing. #sweepstakes
