As a student at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania, NYC native Robyn Jasko started a community garden. After planting “way too many peppers” one year, she started making hot sauce. Eventually, she and her husband moved to a three-acre farm where they now grow more than 50 rare chili pepper types, all without pesticides or synthetics. Robyn's been teaching hot sauce how-tos for years, and always includes the history and flavor profiles of the “craziest, rarest, most flavorful peppers” she finds.

Would Buy this as a gift again!
We have enjoyed using these on Tacos, Shrimp and grits, avocado toast etc. It was a little difficult in the beginning to figure out how much to add so we ended up with too spicy or not enough, but it was just a learning curve. My husband loves to ghost pepper one.

Great stocking stuffer
