It all started on the tennis courts of Northern Virginia when chef Brandon Clark was challenged by a tennis buddy. Buddy Brijesh was from southern India, and he challenged Brandon to create a hot sauce using the ingredients of Kerala, a region rich in indigenous spices. The result was so impressive that Brijesh exclaimed, "This tastes like home!" Brandon and his Partner in Sauce Don Hopkins continue to experiment with flavors from Southeast Asia to the US, and everywhere in between. "We study cuisines of the world to bring you an authentic culinary experience," Brandon says, "using 100% all-natural and gluten-free ingredients."

Great gift for someone difficult to buy for!
My son didn't know what to get my husband for the holidays. Then he saw this hot sauce gift box and knew it was perfect. It was something fun and different, and he knew my husband would love it. And he was right!

Love it! But disappointed it arrived with a different sauce.
Got this gift for my nephew who loves hot sauce. Looking forward to hearing which ones are his favorites. I am a little disappointed to have received a Texas bottle instead of the advertised Virginia. Part of the reason I bought this was for the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia sauce since he lives in VA. I'm sure this Texas will still be good, though. Would recommend Uncommongoods adding a note that gift may not come as advertised.

This is the Perfect Hot Sauce Collection!
Each flavor is distinct and unique, just like we were looking for. The selection diversity is why I chose to purchase this product in the first place, and it delivered on having hot sauces from all around the world! I love that you can use these hot sauces both while cooking and after cooking, since they pour out more quickly than other hot sauces I've tried. Using them before the meal is finished cooking can yield some very effective results!

Perfect for that condiment/sauce lover in your life
My partner is one of those people who loves sauces, dips, hot sauces and he often gets new ones in random gift shops we've visited. This was a nice addition to his taste buds. He actually had already tasted one or two before, but he still enjoyed the box! Only minor issue was wish there were more spicy sauces. Only one is truly spicy, the others are quite mild.

Each bottle contains a slightly different level of spice and it is truly the opinion of the taster how "hot" they are. However, most of these include either Habeneros or Ghost Peppers, which both rank very high on the Scoville Heat Scale. The composition, in the end, is very hot, but also very flavourful!
