The 2 red sauces were much too vinegar tasting and the green one had a very bad aftertaste.

What's the scoville amount for each bottle?

They have not been tested for Scoville heat rating. However, they are rated on a heat factor of 1-10 with 10 being the hottest (Like Carolina Reaper). The Habanero is a 5, the Mango and Jalapeno is a 3.

On one hand you say these sauces contain booze and then you say products contain no alcohol. How can that be?
