What Makes It Uncommon

Inspired by the padlocks that couples leave at romantic sites to represent their enduring love, Patti Pagliei has created an equally symbolic emblem that you can wear to honor your most cherished relationship.

  • Choose two initials to customize the love lock pendant—they’ll be flame-soldered by hand onto the lock, creating a beautifully intertwined design (please note that the narrow letter must be listed before the wide letter when ordering; see Notes for complete instructions).
  • Click here for all letter examples.
  • Complete the look with a chain necklace that can be worn two ways: Fasten two clips directly onto the pendant, or clip one link to another to create a Y drop, then attach the pendant at the end.
  • Choose pendant only or pendant with chain.
  • Handmade from ceramic-coated brass in Indonesia.

Laid off from a tech startup and going through a divorce, Patti Pagliei decided to return to her true love: jewelry making. The southern New Jersey native by way of Philadelphia is a Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University graduate, with a concentration in painting and graphic design. From poetry and nature to transformation and connection, Patti says she's "inspired by the potent moments in life, like love, that are hard to describe. I try to express these things through jewelry."

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box. Click here for all letter examples. When ordering, the Narrow Letter should be listed first, then the Wide Letter. For example, if the letters represent Jessie & Ryan and you want the J to be the Narrow Letter, enter JR. The J will be the Narrow Letter and the R will be the Wide Letter. If you want the J to be the Wide Letter enter RJ.
