Love the design but not does hold up
I absolutely loved the design of this watch and how it teaches kids to tell time. I gifted it to my son for his 5th birthday who loves accessories and dressing fancy. He was so excited to have his own watch and started wearing it night and day since getting it. After just one week the wrist band design starting wearing off. And the watch no longer works. My son took it off for swimming and baths as we knew it was just water resistant, but I suppose hand washing and such got to it. I was really bummed to already have it broken. I would buy again since he loved it so much, but I fear it would just break again and not live up to the durability we would need for my son to successfully wear it. Next time I'm looking for a waterproof one.
Response from merchant
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear how much your son enjoyed receiving the watch and how excited he was to wear it. It sounds like it made his birthday extra special! That makes it all the more disappointing to learn that the design on the band started wearing off so quickly. We want every gift to feel just as durable as it is meaningful, and this certainly isn’t the experience we’d hope for. We receive a lot of positive feedback and have seen very few issues; this should not be the regular experience. We’re reaching out directly in case we can do more to help.

Best gift yet!
My granddaughters have too many toys, so when I saw this practical gift for the older one's 4th birthday I had to get it for her. She is very advanced with numbers, so on the first day I taught her » 4:00 straight up!! » or « 5:00 straight up! » which she was able to announce on her own. She will pick up on the rest quickly, and loves showing it off to people wherever she goes! This was a great score. Her parents love that she's learning how to tell time at such a young age!! Thank you for carrying such a spot-on gift!

Super fun watch!
My 5-year-old daughter loves this watch! It's comfortable for her to wear all day and she loves the pink and white butterfly motif. With practice she is actually telling time because the hands have clearly labeled numbers! This is super helpful to work on time telling concepts and she loves to feel grown up with her accessories!

Awesome gift for a 5 year-old
This is such a well-designed watch for little ones just learning to tell time. Bought it as a gift for a new 5 year-old, and he loves it! The colors are just as vivid in person as they are in the pictures.

My daughter loves it
This has been such a great tool for helping our daughter learn to tell time. Our son is older and telling time and our daughter grew frustrated at not being able to do it too. This watch has helped her grasp the concept of hours and minutes.

Perfect for my 6 year old daughter
This watch was a Christmas gift. My daughter really wanted a watch (technically she wanted one "like what the big kids wear" - aka an apple watch) and has worn it just about every day since. She absolutely loves it! (even though it's clearly not an apple watch!) They started the "telling time" section at school just after she received it and she said it really helped her understand everything better. Her kindergarten teacher thought it was an awesome watch for her age and stage. It is comfortable, easy to read and understand, and easy for her to get on and off herself.

My daughter loves this!
My 5 year old daughter adores this watch. She is learning to tell time "the old fashioned way". It fits her perfectly, she carries it everywhere she goes. Couldn't be happier with this gift for her.

Help! How do you change the battery? My kiddo has been using it for 4 months and it is dead. Cannot figure out how to take off back.
Verified reply from Maxienne
We strongly recommend that a retailer or jeweler replace the battery.

Is the watch water resistant?
Verified reply from Itamar
Great question! The watches are shock resistant and water resistant, splash proof, not suitable for swimming.
