I love my garden house!
I just love this kit. It was a little overwhelming at first, but once I got into it, I really couldn't wait to go back and finish it. The directions were just a tad confusing. I did get one light to work, but unfortunately I didn't get the light in the ceiling to work. That being said I would buy this kit again to correct the mistakes that I made the first time.

It's A Commitment
We were excited about putting together Sunshine House. Here is our experience: we have put together credenzas and cabinets purchased elsewhere, with step-by-step visual instructions. Each has taken several hours to build. Sunshine House has the same visual-only instructions, but with countless tiny, delicate pieces. Tweezers are a must and were not included in the kit. My daughter and I (68 and 27, respectively) spent nearly 2 hours just putting together the first 4 smaller items (potted plants, flowering plants, and painting the doorframe trim). If you are ambitious, determined, and have the time, I suspect you will enjoy this. We did not, as we did not anticipate the level of commitment.

My college aged daughter loved this! She said it was well packaged with clear instructions. She enjoyed building it and delighted in sharing all the little details with me when it was done. It's adorable and looks great on her dorm bookshelf!

Delightfully Challenging
#sweepstakes So beautiful and well made. Some of the pieces are small but very sturdy so there is no risk of breakage or tearing when separating the pieces from the frame or building the storybook. Each piece is beautifully designed with vivid colors. The project takes a big of time and patience, but the results are well worth it.

Yep, they are illuminated with Mini-LEDs which require two AAA batteries that are NOT included.

The Q&A says you don't use glue when putting this together, but one of the reviewers talks about the difficulty she had with the kit glue being dried up. So I'm confused -- glue or no glue?
