What Makes It Uncommon

Sometimes it’s the words, not just the melody, that makes a meaningful song your song. Jeff Davis displays a portion of your favorite verse or chorus on his guitar pick–shaped pendant so you can keep those unforgettable lyrics right where they belong—close to the heart.

  • Submit a song lyric (up to 85 characters), and Jeff engraves it onto the stainless steel side of the pendant.
  • Designed to match the shape and size of an actual guitar pick, each pendant is created through a unique process that fuses recycled vinyl records to stainless steel.
  • Available in two colors: classic black or red vinyl.
  • Choose either a cotton waxed cord or a delicate ball chain.
  • Both necklace options measure 22 and includes an extender.
  • Double-sided design allows the wearer to showcase the lyric or keep it hidden.
  • Made in Pennsylvania.

After working as a designer and builder of theatrical sets, Jeff Davis enrolled at the Rhode Island School of Design to earn a master’s degree in industrial design. Tapping into a cultural shift toward sustainability, the Massachusetts native decided to upcycle an old vinyl LP into a bowl—and got rave reviews. Now Jeff puts his ingenuity to work designing housewares and gifts made from out-of-commission vintage records, all brought to life by a small team of fabricators in his Philadelphia workshop.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 6/30/2025.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.  At this time, this item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories including Minor Outlyling Islands. I would get this again!

This is an awesome necklace! I love music and I love to sing! I loved being able to choose the lyric that would be on the guitar pick and I love wearing it! I would get this again, not only for me but also for a few friends I have who also love music and I think would love to have one as a way to show their love for music and their favorite songs as well
