I have had this bracelet for about a year. I love it, but the oxidation in the initials has faded and now you can't see the letters. Is there a way to fix this? thanks!

Can I get this made larger than 7" in diameter? How does that impact the price?

Thanks for your question. This cuff cannot be made larger, and the reason is interesting! The original casting was made from an actual piece of bark so a larger piece can be made at a similar price, as a new piece would have to be cast and produced.

I would like to personalize this with the initials of my two grandsons. So the personalization looks less like "a couple", can the initials be placed on each side of the heart? What about the full names?

Thank you for your question. The artist would indeed be able to split the initials on either side of the heart; however, there is a strict character limit so they would not be able to use full names. I know this is made of brass. Will it turn my wife's wrist green when she wears it?

We haven't had any complaints of this product turning wrists green, but it's still a tricky question to answer. Everyone's body chemistry is different, so if your wife is very sensitive to brass, we can't promise there won't be a reaction. A metal sensitivity doesn't necessarily mean the product is a no-no for someone who loves the design, though. Coating the back with clear nail polish will create a barrier between the metal and skin, which should prevent any discoloration.
