This item is exactly what I had anticipated. I love the length, and the weight of the heart. Because the weight of the heart is not light, (but not too heavy either), it keeps the necklace in the right position. I've gotten compliments on it, since the minute I started wearing it.

When it asks for one heart, 2 hearts, etc. Does that mean how many hearts in total including the big one? Or does that mean how many small hearts plus the one single big heart?

The big heart is included regardless. Each additional heart can be added by choosing how many in the drop down menu.
