Perfect gift for a great friend!
I ordered this for a very dear friend who loves to read. When he received it for his birthday, he immediately called to tell me I was the perfect gift giver! He loves that he doesn't have to keep up with a bookmark and there's a place for his glasses. The personalization made it the perfect gift. His wife wants one now so I'll be buying another one soon.

Gift -Did not get personalization and small
Bought for a gift. Requested personalization. Shipped without and only plain wood. Person still liked it but saw how much it cost and said it was expensive for what it was made of. Also it is a bit small and the cup holder does not fit any of her coffee cups.

the quality is not great
as with some of the reviews listed, the look of the thing is brought down by the cheap looking engraved metal plate... mine seems to have a smudge of glue next to it :(

Not as Nice as I Expected
I love the idea of this book nook, but the quality wasn't quite what I expected. The customized "coin" was a sticker, and on the one I ordered it wasn't perfectly aligned (slightly off kilter). It also was fairly light, it is sturdy enough to hold up, but didn't have as much "heft" to it as you might expect from a solid wood product. The person I gifted it to was of course grateful and enjoyed it, but not sure I would buy this again.

I ordered this book nook for my wife for Christmas. It is high-quality and she loved that. It was also customized. She uses it now every morning. It is high-quality and the perfect size and shape. Would the beverage holder fit a wine glass ?

Great question! Yes, it should be able to fit a standard wine glass. The diameter of the cup holder is 4 inches :^)
