The process, called flame painting, uses torch fire to coax vibrant, shifting colors from raw copper. No chemicals, no shortcuts. Just the alchemy of heat and hand. Inspired by the artists’ time along Lake Superior’s north shore, it captures the quiet beauty of both beginnings and endings. Each one is a unique moment frozen in color—warm, fluid, and impossible to replicate.

  • Choose from two stunning designs—each is mounted on a curved, custom wood frame that gives the piece dimensional presence on your wall.

  • Each piece is sealed with UV-protective finish. Will not change colors or patina over time.

Inspired by the landscapes of northern Minnesota and national parks, they design and handcraft each piece together, shaping, hammering, and using flame to draw out vibrant, natural color from the copper itself. Their shop, located just steps from their home in Rochester, MN, is a family-run space filled with artistry, purpose, and a passion for nature-inspired design. Every creation reflects their love for the outdoors and commitment to quality.

Does this come with mounting hardware attached? What materials are required for mounting it on a wall?

Great question! It does come with a hanger. All that is needed to hang it is a small nail or screw. (Not included). The piece only weighs approximately 2 pounds.
