Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Hunt Rettig spent more than 35 years in Aspen, Colorado, where his artistic career took shape through experimentation, curiosity, and an unforgettable dream. More than two decades ago, Hunt woke with a vivid vision of glowing, illusion-filled artwork and became determined to recreate it, transforming his bedroom into a makeshift studio while he reverse engineered the effect through trial and error. Those early mixed-media explorations evolved into his signature style, with works now collected around the world. Today, Hunt shares that creative process through an interactive art kit designed to spark imagination and endless experimentation.

Love this for a gift

By far best gift I've ever bought for a friend and myself. Great activity and also a piece of art you can have in your house forever that is unique and beautiful. Easy to assemble, but also challenging enough where it's still hard interesting. 10/10
