Care
Heat the stones using warm water. Place them in a standard kettle and pour in hot water. Once the water is cool enough to comfortably touch, the stones are ready to use. Apply a high-quality natural therapy oil to the skin. Gently glide the massage stone over the desired area, turning the stone periodically and switching to a warmer stone as needed. Avoid using on irritated or broken skin.
Clean the massage stones by hand or in a dishwasher.

Who can't love these?
I do love the gnomes and I was so hoping they would make my hands feel better. That wasn't the case for me, mainly because my hands are in very bad condition at the moment. When they become a little more healed, I will give them a try. I just have zero grip right now. In the meantime, these two look delightful on my desk and their smile reminds me to smile, too. #sweepstakes

The cutest stone Gnomes ever!
Although these adorable little gnomes are supposed to snuggle in among Sauna stones, I just love them on display somewhere in my home. I move them around, from kitchen window sill to mantle and among the succulent plants. They make me smile every time I look at them. Well made, solid stone, great conversation pieces. Love that they are made in the old world, something from "back home"... reminds me so much of my childhood, and the many fairy tales with gnomes and elves and forest critters.

Made a great gift
I got this as a gift for my mom. She has RA and so can get a lot of discomfort and stiffness in her hands. She also loves gnomes! So it was a great gift for her that brought her a lot of joy when she opened it. Would gift it again

What is the best way to heat these up? Can they be microwaved?

Stones should not be microwaved or placed in the oven. Simply place these in a pot with warm water so you may adjust the heat slowly and accurately.
