This offers great relief!
I am leaving a review because I see it isn't well rated - and I didn't understand why! I am not sure what I expected this item to be when I ordered it, but once it arrived, it appeared to be pretty solid. You will have to try this more than one time - figure out which position is best - yes it is hard and can be uncomfortable at first. Give it a chance to work it's magic. Work your way up from 15 minutes.

Long time migraine and tension headache sufferer
I'm not sure why this product gets bad reviews. I do have osteo arthritis in my neck but I do not use this cushion for that issue. This cushion IS however, a life saver even it comes to headache relief!! The nodes feel AMAZING against various pressure points across all of my head, and I'm able to target problem areas such as temples and base of cranium. I keep this cushion wiped-down clean and under my bed for easy access at all times!!

Wanted it to work so bad
Having chronic neck pain, I'm always on the lookout for that "one item that will provide relief." I wanted sooo bad for this to be that product. But unfortunately, it was not. The cushion is very well made, and I do believe acupressure to be a valid form of relief, so was hopeful this might be helpful. However, no matter how many times I tried, I just could not get the cushion 'knobs' to be where the instructions indicated. It actually was painful for me instead of relieving pain and not even close to comfortable. I gave it the old college try numerous times, but in the end, had to return it.

Not impressed with this product
It's really hard to position as it's very slippery. I was hoping it would be helpful but I'll never know as I can't get it in the right place.

Maybe Not All Necks Are the Same
The instructions on use and placement of this "cushion" is brief and non informative and repeated exactly in all venues. While not totally rigid, it is not soft or comfortable. I admit that I thought it would be great if it worked, so made the purchase. But comfortable is not how I would describe this in any fashion, but aggravating for a sore neck.

I would NOT buy this again.
The foam knobs are as hard as a rock. Unable to get this in the right position due to its stiffness. My physical therapist said to send it back. She couldn't get it in the right places behind my neck either.

I was so excited to try this for neck pain relief, and I really tried to give it a chance. So uncomfortable! Caused more pain than my original neck pain!!!
