Artist Susan LeVine was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee where her love of nature was first ignited. A passion for art led her on a journey that began with a year of study in Italy where she was immersed in the beauty of artistic expression and the romance of the Italian culture.

Susan's paintings of birds and trees are probably the greatest expression of her love of nature. she feels that nature is always talking to us if we stop to listen. Susan's product designs come from a desire to uplift the spirits of others and share a sense of wonder and celebration of life. Susan now lives in Santa Barbara, California where she gets out in nature as much as possible.

I've found these to be a super helpful divination tool!

I have created 7 general advice categories for the birds, as a way to help guide my day. Like: Rest, Take action, surrender, give back etc. Each day I look at the assortment of birds and based on intuition I choose a color. I then put all birdies into a hat and take them out random to place next to one of the seven Daily Directives. Wherever my color lands for the day, that's what I do!

I love myGuide Birds

I have seen these in the Uncommon Goods catalogs for quite some time now. I always thought how neat they were. So I decided to buy them for myself! I think they are a few calming moments in the day as I read about which Guide Bird I've chosen. They are beautiful and colorful and I love them!
