Bianca Rae followed an unconventional path back to clay. After studying ceramics and education, she spent years teaching elementary art before stepping away to raise her family. When she returned to making, what began as a creative outlet evolved into whimsical ceramic sculptures that blend humor, personality, and impeccable craftsmanship. Inspired by artists, street murals, vintage treasures, and the natural world, Bianca hand-builds playful pieces designed to spark conversation and delight. Working from her woodland studio in Knoxville, she embraces the joy of experimentation, creating art that invites people to laugh, connect, and see a little more wonder in everyday life.

The Sweetest Little Party Bird

Absolutely precious and makes me so happy! I already had a few of Bianca Rae's Party Animals, so the Party Bird was a wonderful addition to my collection. They are so whimsical and joyful, and you can tell each one is handmade with so much love. Every time I look at them, they make me smile!
