Julie Pederson's switch from marketing to spice mongering has been rewarding on many levels. “I once had a person tell me that when they opened up a chai kit, the aroma reminded them so much of the chai they used to drink in India that it brought tears to their eyes,” she says. Julie finds inspiration in her cookbook library and hearing about other people's connections with food, “I’m always looking for new ideas, and some of the best come from engaging people in conversation."

Ingredients
 
rose green tea, African green tea, sencha green tea, jasmine flowers, rose hip, chamomile, rose petals, calendula (marigold), blue mallow, blue lavender, peppermint, and hibiscus flowers
If pregnant, or nursing, only limited amounts of green tea should be consumed. Ingredients may have come into contact with nuts and soy.

Unfortunately we do not have any refills available for this kit. You might be able to find some of the individual ingredients elsewhere and use the tin to store and organize your loose tea.

I'm still unclear. Does the kit contain a total of 2 oz of tea, made up of small amount of 12 different types? Or is there 2 oz of each type of tea/herb in the set? (So a total of 24oz or so?)
