"I once had a person tell me that when they opened up a chai kit, the aroma reminded them so much of the chai they used to drink in India that it brought tears to their eyes," she says. Julie finds inspiration in her cookbook library and hearing about other people's connections with food, "I'm always looking for new ideas, and some of the best come from engaging people in conversation."

Is there enough of each spice to make more than one batch of dipping sauce (in other words, is this only 5 servings, or 10 servings, etc)

The number of servings depends on how much oil you use and how intense you'd like your flavor to be! Assuming you use a small dish similar to the one pictured or you're following the recipes, you'd only need up to 2 teaspoons of seasonings. Each tin holds about 13-15 teaspoons of each seasoning, so you should be able to make many mouth-watering dips!
