Maker Jennifer Woods’ passion for jewelry and guitar were the catalyst for creating her guitar-themed pieces, like her elegant fidget bangle. Handcrafted of electric guitar strings and their brass end beads, Jennifer’s bracelet is a sophisticated addition to any outfit and retains a low-key rock 'n' roll edge.

Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Jennifer Woods was always surrounded by art and music. "I started with plastic beads," she says, "then hemp, and later sterling silver and stained-glass jewelry." Jennifer attended a high school for the performing arts and taught herself the guitar at age 18. Worlds collided in 2010 when Jennifer was changing her strings. "They have a mind of their own and are tough to tame," she explains, "but I love the way they move under my hands."
