Perfect Gift for 50th Wedding Anniversary
We purchased a custom NYT Front Page Puzzle for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, selecting the front page from the date of their marriage. They love doing puzzles together, and it was nice to get one commemorating such a special moment. This was the perfect gift for such an occasion.

Worth the time & price for a Customized Gift
This is a Custom Order. This is a great feature! He loves to use the book to browse, reminisce, fact check, find things he didn't know, see pictures he hadn't seen and see articles he hadn't read. This is a great idea from this company to produce these! Seeing his name on the cover made him teary-eyed. He displays it on his fireplace mantle front and centre

Unique birthday gift!
This is a great birthday gift, especially for someone who is a news or history buff. The quality of the book overall is very good, and the extra pages of "significant events" (including sports moments) made it even better. Also, the book was delivered earlier than expected - in plenty of time for my friend's birthday.

Great Milestone Gift for Men!
Beautifully bound oversized book, great for both reading and display. Perfect gift for any man who is an avid sports fan of a particular team. The print is small (out of necessity, I suppose to be able to fit original newspaper stories in a smaller book), so for an older reader, might give with the gift of a classic magnifying glass! My 21-year-old son loved the gift. Uncommon Goods has wonderful, unique gift ideas, especially for people who are hard to buy for!

Really Special Gift
I purchased one of these Custom Anniversary Books for my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful gift; the first page is the headlines from the day they were married and then every year after. You can really see the passage of time - not only in the headlines but also in the change in fonts, layout and then to color. The back also includes historic NYT front pages. My parents loved looking at it and reminiscing. If your recipient doesn't have a magnifying glass, however, best to include it with the gift. The font is quite small.
