The dimensions of Times pages have changed several times since 1851. To make the front page fit properly without distortion, there may be a special border along the edges of your puzzles. The border helps make the puzzles unique while preserving the integrity of the Times' front pages.
Once your order is submitted it enters into production; changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated- we are sorry, no exceptions. Production begins immediately. All Orders Final.

I would not buy this product again
This is the fourth NYT front page puzzle I bought. Each one was laid out differently and the puzzle did not match the picture. The NYT border was at the bottom instead of the side as the picture indicated and the front page is getting smaller which makes it difficult to read the print. I will never buy one this size again

Excellent Anniversary Gift
I gave this to my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. They love doing puzzles and really enjoyed seeing the headlines from that special day. They also said they could read the typeset as well, it was not blurry. I got the puzzle with the most pieces as that is their difficulty level and it was perfect. Very "uncommon" gift, which is exactly what was needed for a couple in their 80s that has been married 60 years!

Too difficult to match words
I bought the 1000 piece puzzle as a birthday gift for my puzzle loving mother. There weren't many pictures on the front page the day she was born. It is nearly impossible to finish! It's such a cool gift idea, but don't get the 1000 piece version! Even the 500 piece version would be tough for her birthdate! And definitely order a magnifying glass to go with it!

I recently purchased a frame from you for a New York Times Puzzle. I have ordered this from you 3 other times in the past. On the website for ordering for the puzzle, it says that the width is 13", however when I finally finished putting it together, I discovered that this is not true. It is slightly larger. I measured one of my other frames that I received from you. It measures as ~13.25". I was wondering if you have a record of my prior frame orders from you. Did I request a slightly larger width than 13"? I am just not sure what to do now. I kind of remember we had a discussion in the past about the dimensions. Can you please check on this for me. Thank you so much.

We're sorry. This date is not available due to the New York City newspaper strike of 1978. During this time, no newspapers were published from August 10, 1978 to November 5, 1978.
