Notes
Please note: The New York Times Custom Sports Book goes back to each team's early years (in some cases to when the team was created!). All books are at least 70 pages in length.
These pages are not standard newspaper dimensions, therefore, the type is shrunk slightly to fit a more convenient, book-sized trim. Certain years/pages are reprinted from microfilm and font size may be reduced. The book is continuously being updated with major events and memorable dates. Missing pages may be the result of a newspaper strike or a lack of relevant information on the front page for that date.
Once your order is submitted it is entered into production and changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated- we are sorry, no exceptions. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible and as a result, orders begin production immediately. - All Orders Final

Made My Mom Happy on Christmas
My mother is a Depression Era baby who grew up listening to Cardinals games on a radio by the light of a kerosene lantern. She watches every game, records them to rewatch, and has a little mini radio to slide under her pillow if a night game runs long. This was THE perfect gift for her and I am deeply appreciative that you always have gifts that bring a smile!

No, once is enough...
The book provided a great summary of Dodger history. I have only one concern, the size of the book is too small. It's difficult to read the small print of the newspaper articles.

Wish the description mentioned how delayed you are in update
Think this is a great gift but thought you guys would be more current with the date of the last entry. It's months prior and so much more has happened for the team. It would be nice if you mentioned currently 6 months behind or whatever so didn't waste an order when this history being made is now not included.

Cute idea tiny print
It really is illegible without a magnifying glass. Wish the pages didn't seem like they were cut and pasted onto a book rather than incorporated into the pages. Cute idea, ultimately poorly executed.
Response from merchant
Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear that this wasn't just as expected. As mentioned in the item notes, these pages are not standard newspaper dimensions, therefore, the type is shrunk slightly to fit a more convenient, book-sized trim. We hear a lot of great feedback about these books adding the magnifying glass to your order can be a great way to make it even more enjoyable.
